I met Cindy 14 years ago when I relocated from NYC to MD. I was in search of a child care provider for my 8 month old son Brandon and Cindy was referred to me. Being new to the state, I didn't want to leave my baby with just anyone. I wanted to ensure I was getting the very best- and that's exactly who Cindy was, THE VERY BEST!! Later, Cindy also took care of my gransdon, Preston, who is now 5 years old. She was loving, caring, nurturing, warm, and possessed an infectious laugh. Cindy you will be greatly missed.
